You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil17 login credentials, including your username and password. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jil17 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in at any time.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jil17 customer support via Live Chat. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil17 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, modification, or derivative use of any jil17 content without the express written consent of jil17.
Any unauthorized use of jil17's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil17's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil17 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or any game outcome, whether or not jil17 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jil17 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
jil17 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jil17.org/privacy-policy. By registering on jil17, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
jil17 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR), and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
jil17 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a player's account at any time and without prior notice where jil17 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where a security or fraud concern has been identified, or where a legal or regulatory obligation requires it.
Where an account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 — jil17 reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Upon termination of your account, your license to use the jil17 Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Sections 7, 9, 10, 13, and this Section 12.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your jil17 account or any game outcome, you should contact jil17 customer support via Live Chat in the first instance. jil17 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13.1.
jil17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jil17 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of login.
Your continued use of the jil17 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
